Training programme

The network is trying to achieve several fundamental objectives through its 1999-2001 quality training programme:

  • Promote quality concepts and tools to allow every site to make continuous improvement in its processes and to critically review its working methods.
  • Implement a genuine global quality management system with different objectives.
  • Use the quality assurance language to support the professionalisation and harmonisation of process.
  • Encourage everyone to participate : by involving everyone in the development of future working methods, the network aims to develop the full potential of every employee. The training enhances individual expression and thereby makes it easier for staff to understand the organisation.
  • To structure the network on the best professional practice in terms of purchasing, stock management, order taking, technical advice, … The training system that has been implemented (training kits, trainer coordination, internet use...) incorporates constant feedback and allows communication about best practices within the framework of a training programme. Quality training is a vector for developing agents' professionalism.
  • To satisfy clients with products and services that comply to their requirements.
