Precise adjustment (12 positions) by eccentric bolt. High cutting performance with minimum effort due to optimum co-ordination of the cutting edge angle and transmission ratio. Bolted cutter head, replaceable. Joint: special tool steel, forged. Handles: steel tube, powder-coated. Blade: chrome vanadium heavy-duty steel, forged, multi stage oil-hardened.
